• If we fail to contact the consignee before delivery, it may result in delayed delivery or failure to deliver the goods; if the delivery is unsuccessful due to inability to contact, the additional cost (if any) caused by the re-delivery shall be paid by the customer.

• If no one receives the goods, the customer can indicate when placing the order that they choose to receive the goods on behalf of the building management office, or leave the goods at the door. Our store will not be responsible for any loss.

• If the delivery address or contact information provided by the customer is not complete and the delivery fails, the additional cost (if any) incurred shall be paid by the customer.
